Tri-College University welcomes Dr. Timothy Downs who begins his employment on July 1, 2023 as the next President of Minnesota State University - Moorhead. Following the retirement of Dr. Anne Blackhurst, Dr. Downs will serve on the Board of Directors of Tri-College University, a partnership of MSUM - M State - NDSCS - NDSU - Concordia College.
