Coursework must be no more than seven years old at the time of the final oral examination. In cases where credits on the Plan of Study are more than seven years old, students have two options: (1) the course can be repeated for audit or credit; or (2) another course can be elected to replace the credit of the original course. If this option is elected, the alternative course must be added to the Plan of Study and is subject to the approval processes established for modifying such plans.
